By creating an account or using ScoutLocker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and ScoutLocker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScoutLocker. Users between 13 and 17 years of age must have parental or guardian consent, which is obtained through our in-app approval process before full access is granted. By using ScoutLocker you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant ScoutLocker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it.

6. Connections and Messaging

ScoutLocker enables users to connect with coaches, scouts, colleges, and other athletes. We do not guarantee the identity or credentials of any user. Exercise your own judgment when interacting with others. ScoutLocker is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or communications that occur between users.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

ScoutLocker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutLocker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes on the platform or by email.
